Based on discussions at the May meeting, I have updated the calendar and quilt show info that I have so far.

• The 7/4 meeting was cancelled in deference to the farm market demo the next day
• The Pike Fair demo was cancelled. Anyone is welcome to come stitch with Sarah at the Griffith House most afternoon/evenings
• October/November GoArts show dates were chosen to overlap with the Batavia guild show

2026 Events: 

6/20/26 - Quilt in Public Day, 10-??
7/4/26 - Farm Market Demo, 10-12:15

8/7/26 - monthly meeting

8/28/26 - hang ACWC show, 5pm?
9/4/25 - monthly meeting

9/11/26 - ACWC reception, time?

10/2/26 - monthly meeting
11/6/26 - monthly meeting
12/4/26 - Christmas Party
1/1/27 – New Years Day Party

We chose the theme of Holidays at our 12/1/23 meeting.

 
Show dates are the month of September

We will hang the show Friday, 8/28/26

Opening Reception will be Friday, 9/11/26

Show dates are 10/1 to 11/29/26

Jackie will send us a contract and then discuss hang and reception dates.

Theme - any (older) hexie quilt.

2027 show dates have been requested to show off our holiday quilts.
