Hexie Club - 1/3/14

Yowzer - 2014 is just days away. I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday!!

Birthday club - Yeah!! It's my (Sarah's) Birthday this month and I'm looking forward to purple hexies.
     Remember, you only need to baste (7) 3/4" hexies for birthday girls.
     Planning ahead? Think purple, green and red.

LeftRight Game - Bring a FQ for our monthly left-Right game.

Project - We will be working on making Hexie BonBons. Everyone should bring 8 basted hexies in the size and color of their choice. After making a few of these bonbons, I'll add that if you can get the rosette of 7 done before the meeting, you'll get to the "harder" part of closing up the pincushion faster. No worries if you just have the basted hexies tho...

Show-n-Tell - did Santa bring you anything hexie related this year?

Snacks - Brink a snack or drink of your choice.

Swap - Any suggestions for our next swap?

LeftRight Game - Bring a Christmas FQ for our monthly left-Right game.

Project - We will be working on the "Sparkle" pieced hexie...homework assignments were handed out at the November meeting so speak up if you need a copy of the homework.

Snacks - Brink cookies (brownies, candies, etc) for a cookie exchange. Don't forget to bring copies of your recipes and something to pack your cookies in for the trip home.

Swap - We're not swapping anything this month but if you have worked on or finished your Christmas tree banner or your pumpkin mat, we would love to see your project!
