Hexie Club - SPECIAL MEETING - 6/26/15

Hi all y'all!

Our next logo table topper work night will be Friday, 6/26/15.
We will officially start at 6pm but I'll be there around 5:30 if anyone wants to start early.

Please bring:

• any parts you took home to work on
• spare black fabric ... just in case
• a personal hexie project to work on while you wait your turn to work on the logo topper.

Reminders:

• The regular July meeting has been cancelled so everyone can celebrate July 3rd/4th with their families. If you haven't brought Pat her July blue chrysanthemums yet you can bring it to the 6/26 meeting or the meeting in August.
• We have been asked to do a demo at the Perry Farmers' Market on Saturday, 7/25/15. More info will be posted as I learn it :-)
• At the August meeting we will be exchanging sunflower FQs - keep your eyes open while you are out shopping this summer

Hexie Club - 6/5/15

Birthday club -  Cathy is looking forward to being the first gal to receive the new birthday shape: Chrysanthemums!! (NONscrappy 30s fabric)

Since our July meeting is cancelled you could bring Pat's blue chrysanthemums in June or August.

LeftRight Game -  Bring a snack size baggie full of scraps to exchange in our monthly game.

Logo Project - Tonight's meeting completely revolves around our logo project again.

Please bring back:

• Any "parts" you took home to complete
• If you didn't make one at the last meeting, a 1.5" hexie of the center fabric from your logo
• Any extra black fabric (don't forget to save enough to make your second logo!) and diamond/triangle/hexie papers

Hello Ladies - don't forget our special meeting/worknight on Friday, 5/15/15 at 6pm.

I'll be there after work/around 5:30 if anyone wants to come early and get started...

Everyone should bring:

• logo with 6 black diamonds attached
• your 4 remaining black diamonds if you have them done already
• 1 black triangle
• any extra fabric and papers so we can decide how to fill in the sides.

There was mention of adult drinks at the last meeting...feel free to bring drinks and or snacks!

So there is no confusion regarding our regular June meeting, I will post that info after our special meeting. I am hoping the papers and templates for our next round of birthdays will be available by the special meeting = bring your checkbooks :-)
