2021 Quilt show at the ACWC

Show set up: Friday, 9/3/21, 5pm

     If you are unable to attend, please make arrangements to get your quilts to my office or to the store.

Opening Reception: Friday, 9/10/21, 6-8pm

     No food is allowed at receptions yet due to Covid.

     Please pass the word to your quilting friends and groups to attend the reception!

     If I get a poster from the ACWC I will pass it on.

I would like to include descriptions of each of the 12 blocks we used (from the book) - would anyone be willing to take on this project or at least help me? I thought this might work nicely along with some of the lone blocks. 

Anyone have comments for the name tag next to your quilt for the show? Please let me know by 8/27.

Zucchini Squares

Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
12 teaspoons Italian seasonings
Dash of pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
4 cups zucchini, unpared, sliced thin
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
> ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup Bisquick mix

Directions:

1.Grease 9 x 13 x 2" pan
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix ingredients and pour into greased pan.
Bake until golden brown 30-45 minutes.

This is our annual demo at Pike Fair - please RSVP if you will be attending.

Bring a little something for show-n-tell to the public and a project to work on. 

Come early and pick up dinner at the Fair!

September 2021 - Fourth Biennial ACWC Quilt show

• Installation date is still pending
• Open House/Reception will be Friday 9/10 to avoid the previous holiday weekend. The ACWC is not allowing food yet so we won't have to bring snacks to share.
