1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
12 teaspoons Italian seasonings
Dash of pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
4 cups zucchini, unpared, sliced thin
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
> ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup Bisquick mix
Directions:
1.Grease 9 x 13 x 2" pan
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix ingredients and pour into greased pan.
Bake until golden brown 30-45 minutes.
